broadband power amplifier module is designed primarily for DTV transmitters. It can be used as the final-stage amplifier in a low-power transmitter, or as the driving amplifier in the mid to high-power applications.

analog transmitters and the emergency communication systems. The power gain of RFA6203 over UHF can reach more than one octave.
